Betterhomes launches new real estate brokerage for working parents

Betterhomes Group has launched its new brokerage, Linda’s Real Estate. Named after the founder of Betterhomes, Linda Mahoney, Linda’s is a community-based brokerage that will serve the residents of Dubai’s villa communities.

Linda’s Real Estate is being positioned as a community brokerage with brokers who actively participates in every aspect of their communities which include Arabian Ranches, Victory Heights, The Villa, Palm Jumeirah, and several other. The business concept is built around the needs of working parents by providing them with the flexibility and support required to be successful in the industry.

Richard Waind, Managing Director at Betterhomes said, “The idea of Linda’s actually came from my wife, a working mum who struggled to find a job in Dubai that offered the flexibility she had enjoyed in the UK while juggling two kids and a full-time job. Working parents and mothers, in particular, have so much talent and experience to offer. Linda’s team will be implementing remote working practices to offer flexibility that some working parents prefer.”

This new brokerage will be spearheaded by Noa Wardman, an award-winning real estate agent with over 12 years of experience in Dubai’s property market. Noa has won Property Finder’s Best Broker in the UAE award twice, as well as numerous other awards from leading property portals in the UAE.
