The Co-Kitchens, a culinary collective operating under the Dubai SME-certified business incubator, The Co-Spaces, announces the imminent launch of its state-of-the-art smart cloud kitchen and delivery facility in the vibrant district of Al Quoz.
As a supporter of local talent and startups, The Co-Kitchens is upgrading the food industry by providing a platform to overcome barriers to entry. The forthcoming Al Quoz operation will serve as a central food preparation and delivery hub for eight innovative UAE F&B concepts, with an impressive 25 percent occupancy already secured. Notable among the confirmed participants are 'Smack'o,' offering delicious gourmet mac and cheese with a playful twist, and 'Torchify,' presenting torched marshmallow ice cream featuring premium ingredients and unique flavours.
