Moro Hub and NVIDIA Unveil Visionary Partnership at World Government Summit
In a collaboration, Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, has inked an agreement with NVIDIA, a global leader in computing, to construct a state-of-the-art green AI data centre in the UAE. The signing ceremony, held during the World Government Summit in Dubai, saw Eng. Marwan Bin Haidar, Vice Chairman and Group CEO of Digital DEWA, and Keith Strier, Vice President of Worldwide AI at NVIDIA, formalise the partnership.
Aligned with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the collaboration aims to position the UAE as a frontrunner in innovation globally. The initiative seeks to enhance the AI capabilities of Moro Hub's data centres, aligning with the goals of the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050 and the Dubai Net Zero Emissions Strategy 2050.
HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, expressed the significance of the collaboration, stating, "This collaboration with NVIDIA will enhance the AI capabilities of our data centres and lead us towards sustainable technology adoption. It is a step forward in our journey towards building resilient, future-ready solutions that support the goals of the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050 and the Dubai Net Zero Emissions Strategy 2050."
Moro Hub, renowned for its expertise in green data centre infrastructure, plans to integrate NVIDIA's advanced technology to deliver efficient, scalable, and sustainable solutions for AI-driven applications. Eng.
