At the 44th GITEX GLOBAL, Huawei unveiled 17 products and 6 solutions, emphasising partnerships to enhance digital capabilities for SMEs across key sectors like education and manufacturing.

At the 44th GITEX GLOBAL, one of the biggest tech exhibitions in the world, Huawei held a Commercial Market Summit focused on SMEs, under the theme "Joining Hands with Partners to Amplify Intelligence for SMEs." They used this event to launch 17 new products and 6 new solutions aimed at the global SME market, showcasing their commitment to investing in this space.

Ernest Zhang, who heads the Partner Development and Commercial & Distribution Business in Huawei's Enterprise Sales Department, highlighted in his opening speech how the company has seen rapid growth over the past year in terms of partners, customers, and revenue in the commercial market. He emphasised Huawei’s commitment to a partner-led approach, working closely with partners to deeply understand customer needs across various industries. This partnership model is designed to create competitive, scenario-based solutions and build a mutually beneficial ecosystem that enhances digital and intelligent capabilities for all involved.

Another key speaker, Peter Zhang, who leads Huawei’s Commercial Business Department, discussed Huawei's technical expertise in ICT and its experience in digital transformation. He shared that Huawei has developed over 300 innovative products and solutions tailored for different sectors. Their digital platform, HUAWEI eFly, helps partners expand their business with enterprise customers. Huawei’s partner strategy is all about creating a partner-centric and trusted ecosystem, where partners can reap greater rewards, incentives, and profits.

The event also showcased specific innovations for key industries like education, healthcare, manufacturing, and SMEs. For instance, they introduced the IdeaHub K3 to transform classroom interaction in the education sector. In manufacturing, they launched an upgraded factory network solution to support flexible production, and for SMEs, they developed a simplified all-flash data centre solution for cutting-edge IT infrastructure. Managed Service Providers (MSPs) were also catered to with solutions that are easy to sell, deliver, and maintain.

During the summit, Yusuf Ahmed, CEO of KEMS Zajil Telecom, the largest ISP in Kuwait, talked about how companies in Kuwait are embracing cloud services and transformation, with Huawei playing a key role in providing flexible and innovative cloud-based solutions. Richard Pearson from SIBCA in the UAE also mentioned the increasing importance of green and intelligent technology infrastructure. He expressed hope that their partnership with Huawei could extend to areas like data centres and AI to support smarter and greener building projects.

Huawei has been a leader in the ICT field for over 30 years and is committed to driving the growth of SMEs through digital transformation. Looking forward, they plan to continue working with global partners to innovate and build a strong digital economy for SMEs.
