Dubai Corporate Decathlon
Eventivity, a UAE corporate event management company, is ready to energise Dubai’s corporate culture with the launch of Dubai Corporate Decathlon, an inter-company sport tournament. Teams representing the participating companies will compete for the chance to become Corporate Champions of Dubai.
Teams are to compete in a variety of sports that combine leadership, motivation and communication while promoting a fun new way to network with your colleagues and competitors as well as improving fitness and health in the workplace.
Eventivity aims to facilitate corporate team building by encouraging people back into sport and facilitate a means for members to network within their corporate community. With more than 1000 people from companies in Dubai expected to participate, Dubai Corporate Decathlon provides business exposure as well as great networking opportunities

Dubai Health Authority’s recent survey highlights the need to promote regular exercise to ward off lifestyle diseases like diabetes, heart attacks and strokes, as only 19% of Dubai’s population gets sufficient amount of exercise which is required to stay healthy.

Entries for teams are now open for this event starting on the 24th of September 2011, kicking off with Tribal Beach Games as the first event which is set to an exciting yet challenging team sport to launch in the UAE.
Participants will compete in a total of ten competitive, inter-company sports tournaments including; Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Bowling, Cricket, Football, Golf, Running, Tennis, Tribal Beach Games and Touch Rugby to gain points throughout the league and win the Dubai Corporate Decathlon Cup.
