Facilio partner with Evogy to offer IoT-led solutions for commercial property management
Facilio, an AI-driven property operations platform, and Evogy, an Italian digital energy service provider signed a strategic partnership to deliver IoT-led solutions and services to drive sustainability and improve operational efficiency for real estate portfolios. As a result of this partnership, the companies will deliver intelligence-led connected operations and sustainability services, for large commercial portfolios.
Commenting on the partnership, Stefano Zanin, CTO and Co-Founder of Evogy, stressed the need for a proactive response to climate-change and adherence to sustainability, in real estate. In a statement, he added that there are huge opportunities to realize cost savings through energy efficiency, with the power of technology like IoT & cloud.
Enhanced capabilities include remote monitoring and control of multiple building assets, equipment, and systems like hvac, fire safety, access control, automating operational workflows including preventive maintenance, and dynamic optimization of energy assets, among others
