Emirates NBD unveils VIP Privilege Program, featuring Visa Infinite Business Debit Card for MENA, offering premium services, exclusive rewards, and comprehensive business and lifestyle benefits for top-tier SME clients.

Emirates NBD has just unveiled an exciting new VIP Privilege Program for its top-tier SME customers. They introduced this at a special gala event, where they also rolled out a brand-new Visa Infinite Business Debit Card—this is a first for the MENA region.

Rohit Garg, who’s the Group Head of Business Banking at Emirates NBD, explained that this program is all about offering their best customers an enhanced banking experience. He mentioned that it includes a range of premium business and lifestyle benefits, with a focus on providing high-quality services and exclusive rewards.

Salima Gutieva from Visa also highlighted the significance of this collaboration, noting that it’s a unique offering in the GCC. According to Visa’s recent SME Megatrends study, banks need to create specialised solutions to support SMEs, which are crucial to the UAE’s economy. She expressed excitement about this partnership with Emirates NBD and the introduction of the Visa Infinite Business Debit Card for their SME clients.

The VIP Privilege Program is designed to give customers top-notch services and benefits. This includes exclusive relationship support, wealth management advice, a variety of credit and corporate cards, and instant access to banking through their online platform, buisnessONLINE. Customers will also enjoy invitations to special business and entertainment events.

Beyond these perks, the program offers practical business benefits like global car rental privileges, airport meet-and-assist services, discounts tailored for businesses, and tools to boost productivity. Plus, there are several insurance benefits covering things like personal accidents, fraudulent misuse, theft, and damage.
