With constant threats to our survival within business, be it a competitor that launches another software that might make your business obsolete or another financial meltdown, it is important to have a safe feeling within your team and organisation, which gives employees the peace of mind and inspires them to work for a common cause. Hence, it is incredibly important for a leader to instill such a feeling.
